Dear Mohan,
To the excellent people at Mt Waverley Car Centre,
The purchase of my non-Volvo car brings mixed emotions. I shall be sad
to let go of my S40 and very sad to say farewell, at least for the time being,
to all of you who have so expertly looked after my series of Volvo cars
over the years; an association that with some of you goes back 30 years.
I have always felt secure and confident with your care of my car and your advice about its maintenance and I am appreciative of the many occasions you have helped me by going well beyond the call of duty.
I know I shall sincerely miss your professionalism, unfailing courtesy and the friendship we have enjoyed over the years
To you all I say thank you and I wish you very much success in the ventures ahead.
